He could have told me he was out at least a week, like all other shops were but he did not. Unfortunately, the family does not get to see each other very often, so these trips once a year are priceless. I never really understood the RV industry because all the big name shops have been 6-8 months out for any RV issues unless you purchased from that store. After finding out that Elite can do warranty work on my trailer, I only plan on using their services In the future. Thank you again Tracy for making sure I got to attend my annual trip!

  Anyone who owns any RV, travel trailer, or camper, knows what a nightmare it is to try and get repairs done reasonably, and within a respectable time frame! Most places you feel like you have to give up your RV for the entire season! If … More you live in Colorado, you HAVE to know about Elite RV in Mead (just one exit north of Camping World/Longmont). We met Tracy at the RV show and had a great chat. We returned from a camping trip on Memorial Day because we discovered we had a leak in the hoses going to the toilet. We needed it fixed right now. Camping World was weeks into scheduling so we called Elite. He said his mobile techs were out but if we brought it in, he'd be glad to look at it...so we did. He diagnosed the problem (a valve) and we figured we'd have to leave it and come back another day to pick it up. NOPE! He fixed it right then and there along with securing the shower sprayer support...all for less than a single hour of labor charges at Camping World...including the parts! He doesn't up charge the parts either. We were extremely impressed and he explained everything so we really trusted him. Elite RV will be our repair shop from here on!
