Tracy has been in the RV industry for over a decade and during this time received his RVIA Master Certification. Lydia has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and together we wanted to create a service for people that added value and convenience. We wanted to offer our experience and professionalism to customers who may not be able to leave their site to have repairs completed. As a result we offer shop services as well as mobile services for the customers whom do not have the option of bringing their RV to our location.
Elite RV Service & Repair came to fruition through the support and dedication of our family, friends, and community and we are truly grateful to each and every customer that we have. Our goal is to build relationships that span the life of your RV and beyond. We are not in the business of swapping parts, and will recommend additional preventative maintenance when it is warranted. We want you to know that you can trust our services, so we do our best to educate our customers and break down costs in a way that you can easily read and understand. Purchased a 2nd AC to be installed on our Travel Trailer thru the dealer, but when the parts arrived they quoted me an install date of some time in August. With 1 unit and a 38ft trailer, that wasn’t going to cut it! Called around and … More another dealer referred me to Elite. I gave them a call and Tracy was extremely helpful in doing everything he could to get me scheduled quickly. When they completed the install and we went to pick up our trailer, David backed our trailer in the shop so we could see the repairs and test the AC before we left. Big shout out to Tracy, David and Casper for saving our 2 week camping trip so we didn’t have to sweat during the daytime. It’s currently 88 outside and it’s a nice 72 inside the trailer! Small business at its finest. 2 hours before a scheduled camping trip, we discovered a serious LP gas leak coming from a stove/oven that had just received recall work by Camping World. Camping world had no availability to help but referred … More me to Elite RV. The owner called me and got me in for an appointment immediately, even though they themselves were slammed. When I got there, each employee came out and introduced themselves with a handshake and immediately got to work. They discovered the stove itself was leaking and could not be repaired. However, they took the time to cap the line to allow me and my family to continue on our camping trip and still be able to utilize all other LP Gas equipment on the trailer. In the end, they refused to accept payment and only wanted to get me back on the road. I was told they too can perform warranty work and asked me to keep them in mind if I needed work done down the road. Warranty work at Camping World is a nightmare. I will 100% bring my travel trailer here for any work I need done in the future, which if you own an RV, you know is an absolute certainty. Thank you so much for saving our trip. You have a customer for life.

I was suppose to leave on Thursday to meet my family on an annual camping trip that we started last year and at the last min on the same day (poor planning on my part) I called and … More Tracy made availability in his busy schedule. He could have told me he was out at least a week, like all other shops were but he did not. Unfortunately, the family does not get to see each other very often, so these trips once a year are priceless. I never really understood the RV industry because all the big name shops have been 6-8 months out for any RV issues unless you purchased from that store. We met Tracy at the RV show and had a great chat. We returned from a camping trip on Memorial Day because we discovered we had a leak in the hoses going to the toilet. We needed it fixed right now. Camping World was weeks into scheduling so we called Elite. He said his mobile techs were out but if we brought it in, he'd be glad to look at it...so we did. He diagnosed the problem (a valve) and we figured we'd have to leave it and come back another day to pick it up. NOPE! He fixed it right then and there along with securing the shower sprayer support...all for less than a single hour of labor charges at Camping World...including the parts! He doesn't up charge the parts either. We were extremely impressed and he explained everything so we really trusted him. Elite RV will be our repair shop from here on!
