Tracy has been in the RV industry for over a decade and during this time received his RVIA Master Certification. Lydia has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and together we wanted to create a service for people that added value and convenience. We wanted to offer our experience and professionalism to customers who may not be able to leave their site to have repairs completed. As a result we offer shop services as well as mobile services for the customers whom do not have the option of bringing their RV to our location.
Elite RV Service & Repair came to fruition through the support and dedication of our family, friends, and community and we are truly grateful to each and every customer that we have. Our goal is to build relationships that span the life of your RV and beyond. We are not in the business of swapping parts, and will recommend additional preventative maintenance when it is warranted. We want you to know that you can trust our services, so we do our best to educate our customers and break down costs in a way that you can easily read and understand. Tracy is awesome, took the time to hear my service issues and came with a reasonable strategy to problem solve. Tracy fixed my 5th wheel in 1.5 hours and I was able to be back on the road. Tracy is awesome!!! Really knows his stuff, super professional, very easy to get to off I-25. Called with a VERY last minute water leak issue and knew the chances would be slim to none that he could get me in... sorry, not the case. … More He offered to have me swing the shop and that he would just fix it while I waited... totally came through for me in a huge way. Very much appreciated!!!
Did I mention that if you have an extended warranty on your camper but dread dealing with the wait times and hassle of the big box stores, he can handle all of it through your extended warranty? Yep!

Anyone who owns any RV, travel trailer, or camper, knows what a nightmare it is to try and get repairs done reasonably, and within a respectable time frame! Most places you feel like you have to give up your RV for the entire season! If … More you live in Colorado, you HAVE to know about Elite RV in Mead (just one exit north of Camping World/Longmont). We met Tracy at the RV show and had a great chat. We returned from a camping trip on Memorial Day because we discovered we had a leak in the hoses going to the toilet. We needed it fixed right now. Camping World was weeks into scheduling so we called Elite. He said his mobile techs were out but if we brought it in, he'd be glad to look at it...so we did. He diagnosed the problem (a valve) and we figured we'd have to leave it and come back another day to pick it up. NOPE! He fixed it right then and there along with securing the shower sprayer support...all for less than a single hour of labor charges at Camping World...including the parts! He doesn't up charge the parts either. We were extremely impressed and he explained everything so we really trusted him. Elite RV will be our repair shop from here on!

I am so happy we came across a recommendation for Tracy awhile back. He is so very professional, yet personable and really goes above and beyond. We are new TT owners with lots of questions and he is always patient and helpful. Furthermore, … More we ran into a couple issues with our new (to us) camper and he fixed them very timely! He also works with our Good Sam warranty, if we should ever need to utilize that! We will always recommend him to anyone who needs anything done to their RV! I cant say enough good things about him!

Tracey was awesome, he was booked for the next 3 weeks and our heater went out last night but he literally spent all day on the phone with me walking me through step by step on how to get it fixed! Glad to say with his help we are back … More up and running and couldn’t have done it without all his help! I know he didn’t have to take the time to do that and I think it goes to show his customer service comes first! I’d highly recommend this company and especially recommend Tracey. Thank you.
